RESERVATION POLICY

During certain periods, such as summer vacation or over major holidays, boarding space is in high demand and short supply. We have a limited amount of space available and we often find ourselves having to turn down business because our reservation book is full. We cannot accept a new reservation unless we have someplace to put that pet.

During these periods, it is important that you are precise with your reservation dates.

Picking your pet up earlier or dropping off later than scheduled leaves us with an empty enclosure that we could have easily filled, resulting in a loss of income and the inability to accommodate a client.

CHECKOUT TIME IS 11:00 AM

Pets picked up after that time will be charged

for an additional day’s board.

Text Box: PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited and can be very much in demand. For that reason, we require a $50 boarding reservation deposit during *peak periods. We do not accept tentative or conditional reservations. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled date of arrival to receive a full refund. *Peak Periods are over major holiday and during the summer months of June, July & August.
